By booking an appointment with Brenna Psychology, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions of service.

Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit and debit cards.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you fail to do so, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected during your sessions will be kept confidential and stored securely, in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles. Some exceptions apply, such as when there is a risk to yourself or others.

Brenna Psychology provides psychological services and does not offer emergency or crisis services. If you are in a crisis, please call an emergency hotline or visit your local hospital emergency department.

If you choose to access services via telehealth, it is your responsibility to ensure you have a reliable internet connection and a private, suitable environment for the session.

Brenna Psychology retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its services, including all associated intellectual property and proprietary rights. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of our material, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Services according to these Terms.

Brenna Psychology reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will inform you of any significant changes, but recommend that you review this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.

If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received, please talk to us. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia.
